The aim of Teléfono de la Esperanza is to promote people’s mental health, especially for those who are going through a crisis.

Teléfono de la Esperanza provides emotional support through a carefully trained network of volunteers. They offer listening, guidance and support during moments of vulnerability.

For the appropriate situations, the Teléfono de la Esperanza service comes equipped with specialized support in different areas, such as health psychology, psychosocial intervention, family and legal guidance, psychiatry, or social work.
